The Code in My DNA
Software engineering didn't emerge as a career choice for me — it revealed itself as a calling. From my earliest memories, I was drawn to the pixelated worlds of the Atari 2600, navigating Pac-Man and Asteroids with an intuition that went beyond simple gameplay. When my father brought home our first IBM PC 5160, something clicked. I wasn't just using a computer — I was transfixed by its structure, its logic, and the quiet precision behind everything it could do.
As a child, I became captivated by the rhythm of systems: how components fit together, how instructions flowed, and how limitless possibility could live inside stacks of 5¼-inch floppy disks. That fascination never faded. It evolved.
From those early moments through formal computer science education and into the rapid transformation of the mid-1990s tech revolution, my path was clear and intentional. Over three decades in the field, I've embraced each wave of change with curiosity and discipline, always seeking the intersection of technical excellence and creative expression.
This isn't just what I do for a living. It's how I think, how I create, and how I engage with the world. Code is in my DNA.
