Happy Clam Mining serves as a boutique strategic consulting and execution vehicle through which I provide senior-level architecture, engineering leadership, and technical advisory services. Engagements focus on high-leverage system design, platform modernization, and full-stack architecture in complex enterprise environments. While operating across the full stack, my core specialty and force multiplier lies in the UI and frontend tier, where user experience, system design, and product execution converge. Increasingly, the work centers on designing agentic engineering systems that operationalize AI within real software delivery through structured orchestration, governed workflows, and production-grade controls.
A core emphasis of the practice is production-grade agentic software engineering. I design multi-agent orchestration systems that decompose work across planning, building, validation, and testing, coordinated through gated execution pipelines and structured artifact exchange. These systems are governed by ADRs and an AI Management System aligned to ISO/IEC 42001, enabling auditability, human oversight, and full lifecycle traceability from intent through delivery. This approach is especially impactful at the UI layer, where rapid iteration, correctness, and consistency directly shape product quality and user outcomes.
The firm originated as a cryptocurrency mining operation, where I designed and operated a private data center from first principles. That foundation in distributed systems and operational rigor informs how I approach modern AI-driven engineering. The focus is on systems defined by constraints, observability, and auditable control. The through-line is deliberate. Build systems that can be trusted to operate correctly under real-world conditions, from infrastructure to the user interface.
